Being ungrounded is very common, especially if we are not aware of it. Unfortunately, this is where a lot of our personal problems arise from. Knowing about being grounded is one thing, but staying grounded is the key!
In this first series, We will learn different practices on how to remain grounded. We will learn how grounding can effect our bodies and every day life. We will incorporate different tools and techniques to help us be and stay grounded.
What is being Grounded?
Being "grounded" means that you're present in your body and connected with the earth. When we ground ourselves, we able to feel centered and balanced. You will feel more connected with your body. Being grounded helps you to see what's going on around you and allows you to practice being present. You can be ungrounded and not know, you can also be ungrounded for months – even years and not notice.
How to know if your ungrounded?
When you start to feel like your Chakras are "Out of WACK" and can't make decisions YOU ARE NOT GROUNDED! If you aren't grounded, you will feel very vulnerable, tired or fatigued, emotionally unstable, hard time sleeping, or have difficulty concentrating, lack of self control, feeling detached, confusion, and poor judgment.

If you are experiencing any of these above, It sounds like your ungrounded. Join us on this journey to reconnect with your body.
Assignment
For one week, observe yourself. Write down everything you have been feeling. Refer to chart above to see if you have been experiencing these behaviors. Be HONEST with your self and take ACCOUNTABILITY.
